Troubleshooting Go To Meeting

Go-To-Meeting attendees can join a meeting from anywhere, anytime using a compatible computer or mobile device! A few members have had issues accessing the recorded meetings. Please be sure to check that your hardware, software and internet connection meet the requirements.

You can contact Go-To-Meeting support here.

Check your computer’s or your anti-virus software’s firewall. You need to configure your firewall’s settings to allow GoToMeeting to connect you to your meetings. GoToMeeting actually has pretty detailed instructions on how to handle that.
