Member Survey: Uniform Change

Should NILOA Change Its Uniform?

Dear NILOA Members -

Over the past two seasons, many states and officials in other sports have been moving to a 2” wide-stripe, away from the 1” stripe.

NILOA has reached an agreement with a vendor where our members can order a short AND long sleeve shirt with their personalized number, American Flag and NILOA patch for ONLY $45.00 total.  There is an option with the vendor for three shirts (either two long and one short, or two shorts and one long for $60) again with the personalized number, American Flag and NILOA patch).

The Board would like to move forward with this change as we feel it is a more modern look and the eventual direction that most sports will be headed in within the next few years.  However we felt it was important to poll the membership and get your opinion.

We can have this in place for the start of the Spring 2019 Season.

If this is approved by the membership, to assist in the transition, FOR 2019 ONLY if there is a game played on a field where there will be inclement weather or mud and the WHOLE CREW wishes to wear the current jersey, that will be allowed.  Under no circumstances can any crew not be wearing the same uniform in this or any year.

This is a simple “yes” or “no” question – is the association interested in moving forward with a change in uniform jerseys for the 2019 season?  Below is a PDF of the new look so you can best make an informed decision.

This quiz is currently inactive.

Thank you for your participation,

NILOA Executive Board
